What can I buy?

Returned and surplus retail stock — small appliances, audio and TV, homeware, toys, DIY and more — as single items or full boxes. All of it sourced retailer-direct, never from aggregators.

How does pricing work?

Bidding starts at £2 with no reserve on every lot. Buyer's premium and VAT are shown next to the figure you bid — not hidden and then added at checkout. Shipping is shown per lot before you bid, so you always see the full landed cost up front. The price you see is the price you pay.

How do I know the lots are as described?

Every item is photographed with multiple HD images and functionally tested, then graded on a clear, consistent STOCS scale. Every lot listed is fully functional, with any cosmetic wear disclosed up front. If something still isn't as described, 14-day buyer protection gives you a full refund.

How do you keep the bidding fair?

There's no house bidding, automated monitoring watches for suspicious bid patterns, and anti-snipe extensions add time when bids land in the final moments — so every lot gets a fair finish.
